Behind the capital building in Jefferson City, MO is a beautiful view of the Missouri River along whose bank runs a congested railway. (at least on this day!) Me and the boys stood and watched the storm clouds and counted the trains while a heavy drizzle fell. Jeff was busily shooting more pictures of surrounding statues and fountains (next post!) .
